Return and Refund Policy (for Digital Products)

We sell downloadable digital products. Due to their nature, products cannot be returned after payment is completed or after accessing the download link/file.
When do we accept refunds?
We accept refund requests within 7 days of purchase in the following cases:
The payment was made in error or duplicate.
The product could not be downloaded due to a technical issue on our end that we were unable to resolve.
The product does not materially match the description.
When do we not accept refunds?
Change of mind after purchase.
After the product has been downloaded/accessed the download links.
Compatibility issues with the customer’s device/software if the requirements are specified.
How to request a refund

Include: the email address used for purchase + the product name + the reason for the request (and any attachments).
Processing time
We respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by the payment provider within 5–10 business days.
